KAOS K-knowledge A-as O-our S-saviour

KAOS, the institution, is a chaotic assembly of opinions, hence the name. No categorization, or manipulation, or deletion. We just store the data, this makes it easy to become a worldwide, trusted public institution.

FROM KAOS COMES ORDER.

As it should be, finding order is the responsibility of the user, but you will have help. To access the system, you will use your choice of search engine or AI bot; there will be lots to choose from. It’s up to you, the individual, so choose wisely because all these methods of accessing the data will come with biases. If there is any manipulation of the data, this is where it will happen.

IMPORTANT.

It is important to remember that these search systems are not associated with the Kaos institution. Search systems will be supplied by the continuously evolving free market.

Personally, I see myself having several bots from different sources that I use regularly. As I use them, I will build up a relationship with them, then there may be others I just use on occasion. They will all be easily comparable because they’re all drawing from the same database. This will be very revealing.

There are many reasons bots and search engines may manipulate the data. The manipulative decisions these entities make will dictate their longevity. They will live and die by the judgments they make, while the institution that is “KAOS” maintains full public trust at all times.

When I get opinions from my friends or influencers, I take them all with a grain of salt, and that salt is specifically tailored to the biases I know these individuals have. It will be the same with the bots.

TERRITORIAL CENSORSHIP LAWS.

To begin with, there will be no doxxing allowed anywhere in the system. We must also abide by the local laws in regard to censorship, but only on servers within their jurisdiction. Outside their jurisdiction, we will have servers sharing data throughout the world, and some of them will not have any censorship at all.

It is our hope that individuals in highly censored regions will find ways to access and interact with our uncensored data. Perhaps individuals in free parts of the world could help them with that.

ALSO IMPORTANT.

It is also important to remember that this is a publicly owned and operated institution, and it will be subjected to the will of the people of the world in regard to how it is run, who is involved in running it, and if there is a need for any kind of censorship.

We are starting this with the goal of having at least some of our databases with zero censorship. But we, the people starting this thing, will not always have control. Eventually, control will go to the people, so there is no guarantee. This is why it will be very important to spread this throughout the world. Casting a wide net will give us the best chance of maintaining our zero censorship goal.

Consider this: Would you vote to censor a word that you do not fully understand? I wouldn’t, and on a personal level, I will always be lobbying to have as close to zero censorship as we can. I hope you will too.

DEMOGRAPHICS

We take all opinions as long as there’s no doxxing, even those opinions that we call double anonymous.

A “double anonymous” opinion comes with no means of identification by anybody.

Regular “anonymous” means that you have registered with the Kaos institution, but your identity is kept private.

From here, it’s a sliding scale that is controlled by you.

SOME EXPECTED RESULTS.

KAOS is a democratic system, controlled by the people. As it should be. So despite the fact that we are the people starting this, we will not have control of the Kaos system, or what the people will do with the power they gain. It is pretty predictable though that certain things will happen. As I mentioned earlier, I think it’s predictable that people will take advantage of the power of boycott to be paid for their data.

Another prediction would be that politicians will no longer be able to hide corruption, because we will also have access to the same data they should be working with.

We can also predict that people who have adopted the KAOS system will not give it up easily.

Once people are registered with the KAOS system, they can go regular anonymous (usually just referred to as just anonymous), and by doing this, they can avoid an authoritarian government’s prosecution, that way they have more impact than if they were double anonymous.

This could be extremely handy tool, considering authoritarian governments have been gaining power and expanding territory by force. It’s like a second layer of democracy that just can’t be entirely eradicated.

IN CLOSING

The printing press was the catalyst for a 30-year war in Europe. Let’s go into this transition with our eyes wide open and with a secure institution that humanity can hold onto as we create this new world, where, just maybe, our hopes and dreams for the future will never die.

We need help in marketing and memes and storytelling. We need to create a positive narrative for our collective future. Help us get there.
